Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat
Makhana- 3-4 tbsp
Curd- 2-3 tbsp
Dry ginger chutney – 1 teaspoon
Green chutney- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon chopped
Mint leaves – 1 teaspoon chopped
Pomegranate – 10-20 seeds
Boiled Potato – 1 chopped
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp roasted
Black pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Rock salt – as required
Salt- as required

Recipe to make Makhana Chaat
It is very easy to make this recipe. You have to put some ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add makhana to it and fry it on low flame. When it turns golden brown, turn off the gas. Put curd in a bowl. Add dry ginger chutney, green chutney, coriander and mint leaves and chop them finely. Add this also in curd. Peel the pomegranate, take out the seeds and put it in a bowl. Mix well. Now add roasted makhana and chopped boiled potatoes into it. Mix well. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, rock salt, plain salt and mix well. Tasty and healthy Makhana Chaat is ready. You can also eat it during the fast of Chaitra Navratri (Chaitra Navratri 2024). Finally take it out in another bowl. Add some pomegranate seeds, coriander and mint leaves on top of it.
